Wilshire Selby West is a 15-story 90-unit condo building on the Wilshire Corridor in Westwood. Built in 1972 as apartments by Urbanetics and designed by architect Jack Chernoff- this is one of the lower HOA dues conversion buildings on the Corridor. Wilshire Selby East is the sister building to Wilshire Selby West- they were called the Wilshire Selby Towers when they were apartments. In 1979 American Properties converted Wilshire Selby West to condos at a cost of $10M. 10751 Wilshire Blvd offers buyers affordable prices, and there is a 24 hour front desk and pool.

Wilshire Selby West Condos are slightly smaller and therefor more economical than Wilshire Selby East condos- and ranging in SQFT from 700 to 1,000 sqft- this keeps prices affordable. This building is amenity light compared with other highrises on the Corridor that have valet. The main amenities are at 10751 Wilshire Blvd: front desk and pool. One of the lowest HOA dues on the Wilshire Corridor. Informal entry from a single door into a medium size living room. Breakfast/Modest dining seats 4 to 6 dinners. Kitchens are galley- some owners totally open them up. The building is all electric so no gas and an electric range. The bedroom is medium size and has a reach-in closet. Closet space isn’t the best. A lot of owners get a dresser to add more storage in the bedrooms.

Every floorplan has a balcony that is narrow. The 08 stack has the largest balcony. The 04 and 05 lost their view up to 8th floor when the Liddel was finished in 2019. The kitchen is smallest in these floorplans and it is right next to the balcony.
