The Remington is a 24-story 93-unit newer construction Highrise on the Wilshire Corridor in Westwood. Built in 2001, by Crescent Developments, and designed by Richard Magee (who also designed The Wilshire) these ornate luxe residences offer direct elevator access, spacious sprawling layouts, and amenities that run the gamut. Billed by the developer in their marketing materials as “Private estates” these opulent New Yorkesk Westwood pads certainly feel like it.  Upper floors have dream-worthy city and mountain views. All of the condos in the Remington are single-story except for the penthouses. Floorplans come in 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms layouts.
