I really like this building because the condos are very affordable
, have a nice floor plan, and are in the Canfield Elementary School district. The building is pet friendly, and the street/nieghborhood is very safe and great for walking.
The building was constructed in 1976, and the HOA has been spending money updating the copper plumbing risers from the old galvanized, the building is 95% copper at this point. The building has two roomy subterranean gated parking garages, the ground level entrance is on the south side of the building and P1’s gate is located on the north side of the building. Some owners have put up small wood storage boxes in their parking spaces.
There are 42 units total, so this is a great midsize condo building. The amenities are so/so with an ok pool, and ok gym, an advantage to this is lower than usual monthly HOA dues.
